Dr Hilpisch is a member of the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Society where he has served as the Committee Chairman of the Annual Blair Society Conference. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003 and was elected as President of the Blair Society by the Board of Directors in 2005 served as president for an unprecedented 3 years. Dr. Hilpisch was awarded "Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractor of the Year" in 2005. Then in August of 2008 Dr. Hilpisch was elected to the Board of Trustees at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC. And then in 2010 was elected as the Chairman of The Board of Trustees at Sherman College.
Dr. Hilpisch completed undergraduate studies at Augsburg and Lakewood Colleges, where he participated in football, baseball and track. He graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1987. He then opened his private practice in 1988 and practiced as a general chiropractor until 1996. In 1996 he gained the skills necessary to perform the Blair Upper Cervical Technique. Then in May 2005, he became certified board proficient at Palmer Chiropractic College.
John Hilpisch grew up in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. He attended St. Agnes H.S. in St. Paul. While in high school he met his eventual wife, Liz. They now have six children.
Dr. Frances is a member of the Blair Chiropractic Society where she has actively participated in the Blair annual conference since 2004. While in Chiropractic College, Dr. Frances was awarded with the Blair Chiropractic society’s scholarship. She is currently working alongside her father and mentor, Dr. John Hilpisch.
Dr. Frances did her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin River Falls where she also participated in fast pitch softball and other inter-mural sports. Dr. Frances graduated from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in 2011, where she was able to learn the Blair technique on campus. She immediately started working with her father in April of 2011 and has been with the practice ever since.
Dr. Frances grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. She attended St. Agnes high school where she played softball and volleyball. She now has three beautiful and healthy children and lives in St. Paul.
